*: In order to refine the diagnosis list, we pay attention to the combination of symptoms, rather than to the individual ones. Example: fever OR cough could mean 200 diagnoses with similar odds. However, fever AND cough strongly suggest bronchitis.

**: Priority is given to the most likely diagnosis.

• You enter the key symptoms of the patient
• You tell us sex, age, weight, height and smoking/drinking status. If you want, you can provide other relevant data
• We suggest a number of diseases that usually include all the symptoms
• We provide morbidity data to help focus on the issues
• We suggest a number of biochemical tests or diagnostic procedures that could confirm the diagnosis
• We provide the average price for most of the suggested tests
• We provide our diagnostic impression
• Optional: We offer our system for Electronic Medical Records, as a service for you and your patient. Data entry can be on you or us. You authorize our doctor to use those data to improve the diagnostic impression. The system can be used to export the Continuity of Care document. About the Data-supported Medical Diagnosis

• If the symptoms provided are too wide, the list of possible diagnoses will be limited to 5.
• Answers are extracted from textbooks and databases and do not necessarily apply to the consultant at the current time
• There are no guaranties or implied results
• We do not require any patient identification data
• This service does not replace a conventional doctor consultation
• eMail contacts are answered in 6 to 48 hs, except in a few holidays
